My Notion template

As someone who is constantly on the go and juggling multiple financial responsibilities, it can be easy to lose track of where my money is going. That’s why I created a finance tracker template in Notion to help me stay organized and on top of my finances.

The template I created includes a number of different pages and databases to help me keep track of my income, expenses, and overall financial health.

First, I created a page for tracking my income. This includes everything from my salary and bonuses to any freelance work or side hustles I may be doing. I added a database to this page where I can input the amount, source, and date of each income source, as well as any relevant notes. This helps me see a clear overview of my income and track any changes or fluctuations over time.

Next, I created a page for tracking my expenses. This includes everything from my rent and bills to groceries and entertainment. Like the income page, I added a database to this page where I can input the amount, category, and date of each expense, as well as any relevant notes. This helps me see where my money is going and identify any areas where I may be overspending.

I also created a page for tracking my debts and loans. This includes any student loans, credit card balances, or other debts I may have. I added a database to this page where I can input the creditor, balance, and interest rate for each debt, as well as the minimum monthly payment and due date. This helps me see a clear overview of my debts and prioritize which ones to pay off first.

Finally, I created a page for tracking my savings and investments. This includes any savings accounts, retirement accounts, or other investments I may have. I added a database to this page where I can input the account, balance, and rate of return for each investment, as well as any relevant notes. This helps me see a clear overview of my financial assets and track their performance over time.

In addition to these pages and databases, I also added a few other features to my finance tracker template to make it even more useful. For example, I added a calendar to the expenses page so I can easily see when bills are due and schedule payments accordingly. I also added a few handy integrations, such as linking to my bank account so I can see my current balance and track my spending in real-time.

Overall, my finance tracker template in Notion has been a game-changer for staying organized and on top of my finances. It’s easy to use, customizable, and helps me see a clear overview of my financial situation at a glance. If you’re looking for a way to take control of your finances and stay organized, I highly recommend giving Notion a try.
